Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a technical administrative support person who is willing to perform a wide range of tasks and a variety of general business-related activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate schedules and manage incoming customer requests to fulfill customer demands for both live streaming setup and media imports into content libraries. They will assist clients in understanding the services and technologies required for their needs.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, serving as the primary customer interface, regularly monitoring the customer helpline and entity email account for service requests, managing client communication, and overseeing content in multiple streaming libraries. Additionally, they will occasionally assist with the production of live streaming and video recording events, which would involve basic operation of video equipment.
