Successful candidate
will be self-motivated and able to take responsibility, as they will have
limited supervision. This individual will have strong communication and
interpersonal skills, enjoy working with the general public, and be able to
work primarily in an outdoor setting. This individual will also need to be a
great team player and step up as needed. Since this individual works in a key
public position, flexibility is a must. They will participate in all
departmental events and will need to adjust their schedule to ensure coverage;
the department will provide at least a 2 week notice before a permanent
schedule change. Individual must be available to work weekends, evenings and
holidays as needed.

High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
