Now hiring a Fulfillment Technician/Mailroom


The Fulfillment Technician Intermediate performs functions focused on the fulfillment of communications via print and digital formats.
This role is a part of a tiered job profile family. The Fulfillment Technician Intermediate is responsible for ensuring timely and quality fulfillment of all mail production output and will assist the Digital Fulfillment Center (DFC) Manager, in training Fulfillment Technicians, managing, monitoring, and facilitating all mail production processes.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred
  • Three years of print/mail/digital fulfillment experience or two years of Presbyterian print/mail/digital fulfillment experience required.
  • Five years of related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
  • This role provides back-up support of the Fulfillment Technician role. Refer to the Fulfillment Technician job profile.
  • Provide quality review and feedback of production quality, prioritize, schedule and delegate production work within the Mail Insertion and Postage metering equipment areas.
  • Provides information and assistance to departments and staff regarding the procedures and preparation for processing outgoing mail.
  • Lead cross functional team collaboration to ensure continuous improvement in processes, quality and productivity while reducing costs.
  • Maintains quality and accuracy of client orders through all stages of mail production and making sure all outputted mail adheres to all current USPS codes and regulations.
  • Ordering of supplies and monitoring of production inventory levels of current envelope types and machine consumables.
  • Performs scheduled PM (Preventative Maintenance) on mail inserting equipment as defined by the current Quadient inserter equipment resource guide.
  • Ensures performance of all mailing equipment following maintenance procedures and service contracts.
